3.4 Administration – in PURCHASER
The fist page, you will notice the selection header below ADMINISTRATION PANEL.

1. To
add or remove your supplier.
Click on the “Add supplier” you will see the following page.

Click on the suitable category that your targeted company is located in it.
- Notice the “REMOVE SUPPLIER” section. Make any “CHECK” to the supplier you desire to remove in your selection. And, to confirm its online storefront, you may double click on it to see its online store content.
- Click “REMOVE” to finalize your selection. You may click “RESET” to confirm your decision.
2. Check
for company user privilege status.
- The default first page “STATUS” you can see the user privilege status in you company.

NOTE:
It will be blank in the user rights status section if you did not add in any authorized user in using the system. To add and authorize a user please refer to “Add edit or remove authorized user” section.
3. Add,
edit or remove authorized user.
- Click on the “PROFILE” you will see the following page.

- To add user please fill in the information as indicated.

- Click “SUBMIT” to update your authorized user’s function in our system.
- To remove user, select the correct “USER ROLE” in the top down menu.
- After confirmation then click on the “REMOVE” button to remove the user.

NOTE:
It will not have any user role name in the pull down menu if you do not have any authorized user. Please refer to “Add edit or remove authorized user” if you want to authorize a user.
- Click on the “EDIT” on top of the page in PROFILE section.
- Change the user information as indicated.

NOTE:
It will show “NO USER PROFILE” if you do not have any authorized user. Please refer to “Add edit or remove authorized user” if you want to authorize a user.
4. Setting
on various privileges to different authorized users.
- Click on the “USER SETTINGS”.

- Change the user information as indicated by the check box.
- To finalize, click the “UPDATE” button.
NOTE:

5. Method
of setting and submission of P.O. (purchase order).
- All of the approved listed requisition is submitted from the company-authorized buyer. For the procedures to make a requisition please refer to section “B2B store- for you to buy from your long-term suppliers”.
- Click on the “PO SUMMISSION”. You will see the page below,

- You may click on the hyperlink to check for more detail information in the “Requisition ID”.
- Follow the indicated instruction.
- Make a “check” to your related requisition that you want to generate a P.O. and submit to the supplier.
NOTE:
The password protected P.O. word document will be sent to the related supplier email address. Only the related supplier will be able to open the P.O file.
- Selection of shipping method, with your selected requisition. For other method not indicated in the pull down menu please type in the method in the “Other shipping arrangement” column.

- Selection of payment term, with the same requisition. For other payment term not indicated in the pull down menu please type in the term in the “Other shipping arrangement” column.

- Click the “SUBMIT SELCTED REQUISITION” to complete your P.O. submission.
- Your submitted P.O. will be listed in the history P.O. status for you to monitor.
As show in the figure below. is the example P.O. format the supplier will receive.

6. Monitoring
of P.O. history status.
Click on the “PO SUMMISSION”. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the P.O. submission history for each supplier.
You may click on the hyperlink to check for more detail information in “P.O Name” and “Requisition ID”.
